Land use planning
We implement land use planning through our subsidiary company U-24, Studio for urban development and land use planning. Our team comprises landscape engineers and experts in architecture, urban and regional planning, environmental protection, the water regime and GIS (geographic information systems); in additional we collaborate with individual experts in transport and technical infrastructure. We implement the full spectrum of planning activities on a scale from the implementation of local studies to documentation throughout entire regions.
In the territory of the Czech Republic and Slovakia we implement specifically:
- Spatial plans
- Regulatory plans
- Regional studies
- Theme-oriented plans and studies
- GIS in relation to land use planning
We are also able to implement similar activities abroad, tailored to specific requirements and in accordance with the national legislation.
